Changing your Smash-Tix password

• You know your current password but want to change it:
  1. Go to Settings > Contact 
  2. Select Change password
  3. Follow the steps
• You forgot your password and need to request a new one:
  • On the Smash-Tix app
    1. At the login screen, tap Forgot password
    2. Enter the email address if it's not filled in for you
    3. Tap Send email
    4. Check your email (including spam and junk folders if you don't see it) and follow the instructions
  • On a desktop
    1. At the login screen, select Forgot password?
    2. Enter the email address for your Smash-Tix account
    3. Check your email (including spam and junk folders if you don't see it) and follow the instructions
  • Follow the troubleshooting steps if the email isn't coming through

Password requirements

• Your Smash-Tix account password should be 
  • Between 8 and 20 characters
    
  • A combination of numbers, letters (upper- or lowercase), and/or special characters
  • Your password can't be your email address
